We need your help! Help us make Israel in the Gardens run smoothly, and meet other wonderful members of the community!

Work one or more shifts and receive a Gardens T-shirt!

Volunteers are needed to help in many aspects of the day, including supervising the children's activities, assisting art vendors, and collecting attendees contact information.

Volunteers are needed for five shifts:

• 7:00 - 9:30 am (Set up)
• 8:45 - 11:00 am (Set up)
• 10:45 - 1:00 pm
• 12:45 - 3:00 pm
• 2:45 - 5:30 pm

Job Descriptions

Information Booth Volunteer
Make festival attendees feel part of the family and assist them with finding their way in the Gardens and providing them with information

Volunteer check-in
Welcome arriving volunteers and assist them with finding their assignment and their way in the Gardens

Headquarters/green room volunteers
Be a smiling part of the group that works behind the scenes, guard equipment and serve as a messenger

Customer Service Volunteer
While roaming the crowd, welcome festival attendees, assist them in finding answers to their questions and provide useful information

Vendor Assistance
Be one of those early risers who gladly assist vendors with setting up their booths, help them find just the right tool at the right time, and bring them refreshments when they are
